About Connexxions™
Connexxions was created by Christa Sorauf, Lesley Johnson, and Stacey Massengale - three women who happen to be part of a very large demographic: women who are too old for the diva thing, but not old enough to put on a red hat and a purple dress.
Unable to find gifts and products that spoke to them, the three put their savvy, creative, and successful minds together and came up with a line of games, stationery, cards, and gifts for that group of ladies most companies just don't get. They named their product line Connexxions - spelled with two x's to represent the XX chromosome of women and their inherent strengths and bonds.
"It‘s our connections with our friends that have helped us make the most of our lives and laugh along the way," said Sorauf. "So we created these products to reflect this voice, sense of humor and place in life and we hope that they will help you connect with your friends, just as they’ve helped us."
From hip appointment cards for making plans with friends to ice-breaking and hilarious games women can play together on "girls' nights in," Connexxions' products are designed to help women connect with one another.
Based in Greenville, South Carolina, the Connexxions product line includes:
-
Connexxions™ Cards — a new type of calling card to make plans.
-
Connexxions™ Chatagories — a new game designed for girls’ night out or in.
-
Connexxions™ Stationery — fun and functional note pads.
The line also includes Suburban Myths™ — a colorful, tongue-in-cheek look at the reality behind the picture perfect white fences of suburbia. The Suburban Myths greeting card line will be available at 1,400 Target stores nationwide beginning in June, 2007.
